Consumer Online Wires

Sending wires online is more convenient than ever!

Domestic and US dollar-denominated international wires can be sent from mobile, tablet or desktop using our online banking service. To initiate a wire, just login to Cathay Online Banking or the Cathay Bank Mobile Banking App and look for “Wire Transfers” in the menu.

Receive the Fed Wire confirmation number (IMAD).

Online domestic wire transfers details

  • $25,000 maximum per transaction
  • Limit of two (2) domestic wires per customer, per day
  • $15 fee per wire

Online international wire transfers details

  • $25,000 maximum per transaction
  • Limit of two (2) international wires per customer, per day
  • $20 fee per wire
